OUTERSHIELD MC710-H is a metal cored wire suitable for fabrication of structural steel and equipment manufacturing. Tight control during wire production ensures consistent welding quality and deposited weld metal mechanical properties. OUTERSHIELD MC710-H is particularly suited to automation and robotic applications due to exceptional feedability. This is as a result of extreme care with spooling and geometrical control of the wire which ensure ultimate stability during welding. This wire may be used in prequalified welding procedures for steel groups 1 – 7C as defined in AS/NZS 1554 Table 4.6.1.
