The ESAB Sentinel A60 Air with EPR-X1 PAPR Kit (E700600800) combines a wide-view auto-darkening welding helmet with powered air protection against welding fume particulates. It’s a complete setup for welders who need clear vision and respiratory protection throughout the working day.
The Sentinel A60 Air features a 118 × 71 mm viewing area, 1/1/1/1 optical classification and ESAB OpTCS™ True Colour technology for a clear view of the weld pool. Shade settings adjust in 0.5 increments, while the Halo™ headgear and external grind mode button make the helmet comfortable and practical across welding and grinding tasks.
The compact EPR-X1 powered air respirator offers three selectable airflow settings of 170, 190 and 220 L/min. Its two-stage particulate filter and spark arrestor help protect against welding fumes, while LED indicators and audible and vibration alerts make it easier to monitor battery, filter and airflow status. A carry bag is included for storing and transporting the kit.
The EPR-X1 offers a robust, compact housing with a powerful blower to ensure maximum life and performance. Check your battery status, fan settings, and filter conditions at a glance with quick-access status LED lights. Additionally, the PAPR provides audible and vibratory alerts to notify the user of low airflow (indicating a needed filter change) and low battery conditions.
